Termination of service

The home daycare provider may terminate the child's enrollment immediately if the child's behavior threatens the physical or emotional well being of one or more of the other children in the daycare home. The home daycare provider may also terminate the child's enrollment immediately if the parent is verbally or physically abusive towards the daycare provider,the daycare children or anyone residing in the daycare providers home. Please also refer to Policies concerning biting. Two weeks notice is required for termination other than stated above by either party. The home daycare provider can terminate service effective immediately if  not paid by client within three days of when pay is due.
